Hello Parents, Below you will find important information regarding fall pictures.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: 866-955-8342 HOW DO I PAY FOR PICTURES? You have two options to pay for pictures… 1. The preferred method is paying online at MYLIFETOUCH.COM.
a. Enter the job number found on the picture flyer (also located on the top of this page).
b. Enter student’s name.
c. Select your package and products. There’s no need to send anything to the school, Lifetouch will make sure you receive your order.
2. You can pay using the envelope that comes home with your child. a. Envelopes must be turned in to the photographer on September 8th. b. If students forget to turn in their envelope on September 8th, orders must be placed online using the website, MYLIFETOUCH.COM. c. Extra forms will be available at the school in the front office. **Please note that if you do not purchase on September 8th, you will not be able to purchase until you receive the proofs. This will give you a special code to view your student's images.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE PICTURES?
Lifetouch have a money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your photos to the school and Lifetouch will refund your money. We also provide a retake day for each school during the fall. Again, if you are not happy with your photos, simply return the package to the school and we will replace the package you purchased with the new photo taken on picture retakes.
WHAT IF MY CHILD IS UNABLE TO COME TO SCHOOL THAT DAY?
Picture retake day is Friday, October 20th, 2017 WHAT CAN MY CHILD WEAR? Although we use a background replacement program, there’s no color that is not compatible.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO SEND THE PAYMENT ON PICTURE DAY?
No problem, you can still order. Your child will receive a proof of their picture. You can now go online and order the pictures. These pictures will be sent directly to you instead of the school. Please note there is a handling fee for orders taken after picture day. If you do not have online access, please call us at 866-955-8342 and we will take your order over the phone.
CAN I BUY LATE?

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE PICTURES?
Lifetouch keeps all images for 11 months from picture day.
WILL SOMEONE HELP MAKE SURE MY CHILD IS GROOMED?
Lifetouch has a no touch policy. However, we do partner with the school to make sure someone is there to ensure your child looks their best.
WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PICTURES?
It typically takes 4-5 weeks for your pictures to arrive at the school. Students will receive their proofs during their History classes.
HOW WILL WE GET OUR PICTURES?
Orders placed before or on September 8th, will be passed out to the students to take home during their History classes. Orders placed September 9th or later, will be delivered to your home address.
