Dear Worley Parents,
As we begin the final six weeks of the school year, it is important for us to share these reminders to support our students in being safe and successful. We have lots of fun things in store for them, and we need them to stay focused, stay positive, and give their best daily.
Attendance – It is extremely important that students are present and prepared for learning each and every day. Please be sure your student reports to school on-time daily with all needed materials.
IDs & Dress Code - Please be sure that students wear their school ID daily and adhere to the MISD Student Dress Code for 2024-25.
Food – Unless you are contacted by your student’s teacher regarding a special event or celebration, please do not send any food to campus for students to share with others. This helps to prevent unexpected allergic reactions and other adverse responses.
Unapproved Devices – Students are not permitted to use non-district devices on campus unless they are approved. Unapproved, non-district devices that are in use during the school day may be taken up and subject to referrals and fines for technology infractions.
Behavior – We have high expectations for learning and behavior, and we want our students to demonstrate their best behavior and to remain focused throughout the school year. Students who do not meet behavior expectations outlined in the Student Code of Conduct are subject to disciplinary consequences. We have some great activities lined up for our students to enjoy, and students must meet specific behavior expectations to participate. These will be shared in the coming weeks.
Thank you for partnering with us parents and students.
